No. Surveys and quotes are completely free, with no obligation to go ahead.
Can you work on listed buildings?
Yes. We regularly work on listed properties and in conservation areas, using traditional materials and methods, and can help with any consents needed.
How quickly can you fix a leak?
For emergencies we aim to attend the same day to make the roof safe and watertight. Permanent repairs are usually scheduled within the week.
Do I need scaffolding?
Small repairs can often be done from ladders or a roof ladder. Larger jobs need scaffolding for safety, which we arrange and include in your quote.
What guarantee do I get?
All new roofs come with a 10-year workmanship guarantee, and repairs carry a 12-month guarantee as standard.
